These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of Pages and Stages. This site is owned and operated by Premier Pediatric Therapy Source, Inc. This site is an ecommerce site.
By using this Site, you indicate you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by the contents within at all times.
1. License and Use
One Purchase Grants One License Use and is intended for the purchaser/user only. Transferring or sharing a license is not allowed and if either occur, access to the Site will be deactivated. If the purchaser/user would like to use the Pages and Stages product for someone besides themselves, additional licenses must be purchased.
Your purchase of the Pages and Stages product constitutes our granting to you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access the Pages and Stages product for the purpose of use with your child. You agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, the Pages and Stages product other than for the aforementioned purpose. You shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share, or otherwise distribute any of the contents of the Pages and Stages product, whether modified or not, to any third party. You agree not to use any of the Pages and Stages product in a way which might be detrimental to us or damage our reputation.
2. Intellectual Property
All content and digital products published and made available on our Site, whether modified or not, is the sole and exclusive property of Premier Pediatric Therapy Source, Inc. This includes but is not limited to images, text, logo, documents, downloadable files, videos and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site. You agree that under no circumstances, whether the product has been modified or not, shall you have or attempt to claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyright of the content and product. Pages and Stages is copyrighted by Premier Pediatric Therapy Source, Inc. and all credit for its contents shall be attributed accordingly.
In accordance with the foregoing license prohibitions, you may not: (i) resell, redistribute or share any templates in whole or in part for any reason; (ii) claim the content and concept as your own; (iii) sell any video, digital or printed content on any online or e-commerce platform.
3. Accounts
When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
- All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and you will update your personal information if it changes.

5. Third-Party Goods and Services
Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
Due to the digital nature of the Pages and Stages product, all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges, or substitutions will be made. If you are unsatisfied with the product or no longer wish to subscribe to the Pages and Stages book club, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Please be aware however, that if you cancel your subscription, you will immediately lose access to the Pages and Stages content. You also agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider for payments made for the Pages and Stages product.
7. Limitation of Liability
Premier Pediatric Therapy Source, Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees, from your use of the Site.
8. Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Premier Pediatric Therapy Source, Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia
10. Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of the Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on the Site.
